I've said it before and ill say it again. I dont know exactly what america is experiencing in the climate change. I know in Montana the heat is bad and folks are concerned about the drought being more intense than ever, but some see it as 'the same just more'...its not that over here.

Love Jiu Jitsu and miss it a ton, but one of the awful steps you hit is the 'sizing up' phase i imagine happens in a lot of martial arts folks. You spar enough you start looking at everyone in a "how would we stack up" and it seems you either realize thats ridiculous or you become this.

He will never understand that being "the fat guy from Superbad" is infinitely better than being "the martial arts chud nobody likes"

Jonah Hill says jiu jitsu has him ready to
"annihilate" anyone who still sees him as the fat guy from Superbad
"I love Brazilian jiu jitsu, except my body is begging me not to love it. My wife is often like,
'You're not going to become a professional fighter. You know that, right? You're a comedian"
"If we got into it, I would f*ck you up. I would f*ck all three of you up"
"My favorite thing is people are like, 'Oh, Jonah Hill, f*cking fat guy from Superbad.' And I'm like, 'I would f*cking annihilate you, dude. I'm not kidding you. Try it. If you see me, try it, dude. Bring it. Who's got it?'"

Instagram keeps trying to push the news of Ted Turner dying as "the tragic loss of the man who created our childhood's cartoons". Yeesh, A24 logic, where the CEO/producer is the artist and name we're supposed to remember instead of artists & directors, definitely was a thing far before A24.

Taking tests every day this week in order to prep for the big one on Saturday. Posting to hold myself accountable. the written test is 75 points total. Speaking is 25, need 60 to pass. Can't really test the speaking one, but we make do. Monday was 42 written. Best yet, but that ain't good.

My "game of the year" is just ranking my game of each month. My fav way of doing it and it has been a very reliable way to do it. 2023 - Coffee Rush 2024 - Vale of Eternity 2025 - Magical Athlete Looking at the options right now, Im not sure which id choose. Some real strong front runners...

My first interaction coming back to school The Teacher Whose Kid I Teach: "Oh half of her homework over the summer has my handwriting, that's because she was too tired to write so she would give the answers out loud & I wrote them down." Hoo boy, being back at hagwons. How I'll never ever miss em.

Every 3rd ad I encounter across the internet is for the Rosalie Kickstarter, & tbf it looks pretty sick, but I'm cursed with the knowledge that even if I back it the ads won't go away, in fact the algo / my tracking data will treat me as an optimal mark for more ads & waterboard me with them 24/7

I am being asked for advice on running a kickstarter and I have ZERO knowledge of that world or the business involved behind it. Does anyone in my circles have expertise or knows someone who knows the ins and outs of running one?

Took some models from my army and decided to enter them into a competition. 439 entries, lucky enough to be amongst the winners. Very proud. Shout out to Ninjon for sweeping up his categories. Thanks for chatting bud

i am having a CU lunch. The cashier asked if i wanted a bag and napkins. I told her i would like them please. She did not give me them. I failed to do stuff tourists learn when they first come here. I am not passing this class lol
