There are very good reasons we're moving away from this approach, but I'm still quite proud we managed to pull off these morphs mostly seamlessly. This was a test I built for when we redid the layout and morphing logic for AGDQ 2023, and this isn't even showing the method we ended up going with!

I didn't want 'stingers' - I wanted everything to feel like a single, unbroken shot. Going from the break screen to the next run wouldn't be a traditional wipe— we would see the break screen disassemble itself, re-transform into the needed layout, and allow components to flip/rotate into place.

Massive props to the folks at @supportclass.net for the new stream graphics, they look awesome. Thanks also to everyone who contributed to the break screen channels(link below), helping to keep the marathon going during setup times. Such great ideas, QWOP was always fun to see!
