First paper entirely from our lab is out in the wild! We tested if reprogramming still works in the aged CNS and found the aged retina blocks neurogenesis both intrinsically in Müller glia and through exacerbated inflammation. Then point at some ways to overcome this. www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/...
