East Jerusalem isn’t legally part of Israel, but apparently Israel can still decide what the UK does with its consulate there. Nothing says “respect for international law” quite like ignoring it when it’s inconvenient. Thanks for proving the point

Israel is kicking the UK consulate out of Jerusalem, land it doesn’t legally own. The irony is almost too perfect, especially when you remember Britain created this mess by treating Palestine as theirs to give away to Zionists.
