So I had this idea of Snake's black eye and scar healing over time, getting smaller with each subsequent shot. Having worked on this scene for months the healing process seemed like it was taking a while but in actuality they're completely gone in like 25 seconds haha.

emulsion degraded midway through printing these so I'll probably only have a few that I deem acceptable for AC, but now that I've pushed through the breakdown over that I can take some comfort in knowing they'll at least look good when I'm not a dumbass who uses old emulsion next time. A grand throne for emptiness. I originally wanted this to be a more simple painting to practice pushing for more extreme poses, but then I enjoyed the composition that much, that I ended up rendering it to a more complete piece.
