We've been calling them 'words.' But here's the thing: that's not quite tadashii. A kotoba isn't a word. They're something else entirely- a role unique to Japanese gengo. And there's no eigo no kotoba that surus it seigi. So from ima on, wareware tsukau the hontou no kotoba: kotoba.

I kinda disappeared from bsky because in the last few months I've almost completely gone offline in terms of my entertainment. I've started a few new hobbies (HEMA, lolita, sewing, hell I joined a choir) and made new irl friends and relationships!

So yeah in the last few months I've been quite obsessed with #lolitafashion. been working on increasing my collection and joining the community, not to mention dragging my partners into it as well. I've been wanting to do this for about 20 years and I'm finally in the place where I feel able to!
