Has there been an assessment to determine the need vs the want? The Wilson St Parkade is still mostly empty throughout the day & weekends. Transit, once again, is being treated as a burden. Proper marketing/promo i.e. being able to drink DT & go home via bus decreases D&D. Great pitch to consider

Guthrie says he talks to business and their number one complaint is the need for more parking. Council can make transit an option, but parking is what their customers want.
