We are forced to use AI at work and provide a weekly summary of how we used it that week. I spend more time trying to come up with creative variations of โI spent more time fixing what AI broke than actually using itโ than actually filling out the summary.

Tripped a circuit breaker partway through cooking so that was fun, but otherwise a good time. Homemade pasta, tomato sauce, and chicken parm. Sent them home with leftovers, as tends to happen when people visit. And their chomky little baby was so cute and opinionated ๐ญ

There are a bunch of people going to Las Vegas for BlackHat and Defcon, plus a slice of BSides. Not everyone is going. So if you canโt, whatever your reason, itโs okay to feel like you are missing out. My suggestion: take a hacker project youโve been wanting to do, and do that if you can.

I regret to inform my fellow Olds (35.5+) that stretching does, in fact, help. Literally all I did was push my injured leg back as straight and pointed as I could behind me like a beautiful graceful ballerina and my pain is like 90% gone.
