The June 1992 issue of ‘Select’ magazine featuring Kylie Minogue and Bobby Gillespie on the cover was the very first issue I ever bought (from a little cornershop in Gateshead on a Saturday afternoon whilst I was visiting my Grandmother)

Think I started buying it when I was 12 or so and basically treated it like an instruction manual on what music I should try listening to etc. The posters were my bedroom wallpaper. I can still picture the issue that came in a mock cereal box. Amazing magazine.
