This is why history matters. The Treaty of Union and Acts of union, presented as an 'agreement', were illegitimate and illegal in 1707 - and are so today. That makes the so called sovereignty of the 'UK' parliament over Scotland both unlawful and unconstitutional.

"Leaving the EU was a catastrophic mistake" True, but, for Scots. the catastrophic mistake was handing our sovereignty back to England in 2014, leaving our country subservient, powerless and out of Europe against our core national interests. Regaining our independence is urgent and cannot wait.
