NBC News called the reentry “boom watch” I don’t think that is the correct description considering history

I have watched 6 hours of a DOGE bro deposition. The whole thing, start to finish. It's a fascinating, and horrifying, look at the people who caused so much damage, didn't really achieve anything at all, while still being so sure they are right. Here's what they said: www.404media.co/i-watched-6-...
I Watched 6 Hours of DOGE Bro Testimony. Here's What They Had to Say For Themselves
The hours of videos provide fascinating, or perhaps horrifying, insight into the thinking of someone inside DOGE.

Palantir CEO Alex Karp: "This technology disrupts humanity's train, largely Democratic voters, and makes their economic power less, and increases the economic power of vocationally trained, working class, often male voters. These disruptions are going to disrupt every aspect of our society."
my local park is full of hundreds of snow sculptures and someone has been adding museum labels
I had to revert a database change right at the end of the day today. (No it wasn’t in production) Now I am going to spend all weekend thinking about why that failed. I will also send myself multiple emails with thoughts about how to make sure it doesn’t happen again and how to fix it.
Someone inadvertently used one of my email addresses as their Apple Id and they are trying to get into the account. I'm getting very tired of all of these emails saying 'hey <person> we can't reset the password for this account' Every damn day and I have yet to figure out how to get it to stop.
Even though I know I have to do it, selling my woodworking tools is not an easy thing for me. The last 5 years it’s been a great outlet but physically I cannot continue. Even knowing this, it doesn’t make it any easier to do.
I believe I have finished one of the more difficult tasks for Xmas Eve dinner. The seating chart is done. When you have 37 people coming to a sit down dinner and you are juggling different family dynamics - this task can be very very challenging.
I don't think I have ever felt as mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted as I currently do. The chaos, upheaval and insanity of the year has taken a massive toll on my entire body and life. I really hope things turn around soon.
I got a new laptop at work and it has decided to wake up at ridiculous times during the night, lighting up the external monitors with it. I have yet to figure out what is causing it and I am extremely annoyed by it.
I began this journey in the last 8 months and it is definitely one of the most challenging things to deal with. Being a care giver while having a full-time job really makes you feel like you have 3 jobs. I struggle to even communicate how difficult this is and there is absolutely no end in sight.

I honestly think that most people wouldn't believe me if I told them what has happened to me and my family this year. I have lived through it and I barely believe it.
The shift in Connecticut tonight is seismic. Possibly unprecedented. Loads of towns flipped from Republican to Democratic control. A partial list: Ansonia Bethany Branford Bristol Brooklyn East Granby Ellington Enfield Farmington Milford New Britain New Fairfield Norwich Plymouth Rocky Hill
Well my much needed time off to decompress next week just got completely blown up and we are gonna have to cancel.
I have officially reached the age for a shingles vaccine. First shot today. Expect to be dead sick tomorrow
I don't post much about work, but today I added an index on a database for one of our top regressed queries. It resulted in a noticeable drop in CPU. Execution time dropped 83% and this is for a query that executes ~10k times an hour on just this DB. Now to deploy to the 22k other DBs. #sqlserver
We have had so much rain lately. We got 45% of our annual rainfall over the last 5 days. I’m ready for things to dry out. #overit
I spent the weekend trying to decompress from the last year of my life. Upon arriving at home I learned my mom was in the process of being scammed. I frantically went to her house and we were able to quickly shut it down but she still is out $1000. There is a special place in hell for scammers
