And an update on “Tom’s halfassed chirping about running a quixotic aldermanic campaign,” The Lady of the House (frustratingly sensible as usual) objected to the idea, saying I get unhinged when I *suspect* people don’t like me enough.

Previously owned by a timber company, the land had been heavily logged for decades, belying its importance as salmon and other wildlife habitat. The Tribe is already practicing restoration forestry to heal a century of logging and has set aside about 15,000 acres as a salmon sanctuary. 30/
