Happy half-term 🎉 It's been a busy one for our trainees with assignment hand-ins and final QTS observations. Many of our ECTs are experiencing exam-season for the first time as Y11 teachers, as well as wrapping up their ambassador projects. We hope everyone gets a rest next week and enjoys some sun🌞

In an assessment lots of pupils drew this is as the line y=x for this reflection, drawing a line diagonally from bottom left to top right. This normally works if you have 'square' axes but not in this case!

Only one in four pupils facing disadvantage achieve strong passes in English and maths GCSEs. Two in three of young people facing disadvantage then leave education without a Level 3 qualification (A‑levels or equivalent).
