It's so hot it's been setting off fire alarms across my neighborhood. There's been a constant sound of alarms from multiple houses all day.

I got bored and started making a game about worms I used it as an opportunity to begin learning how to use (ironically) bones in #Godot to deform a 2d mesh, which is something I hadn't done before. Making it so it will work with any length/width of worm was a fun challenge. #gamedev #indiedev

As a late birthday gift to myself I have taken this week off work to finally make some real progress on my #gamedev project that's been sitting in the idea stage for years now. Day 1 focused on base technical stuff I want out of the way, like the hex grid, pathfinding, and terrain mesh generation.

This was really tough.. so many good options. I don't think I'll ever be able to pick a single favorite game of all time; most of these options have been my favorite game at some point.
