The most exciting thing going on with movies that I'm not seeing anyone talk about is how Gen Z is willing to see movies weeks after they come out rather than waiting for VOD. Seeing it in the theater is the point. As a result movies can breathe, build an audience, and still do well weeks later.
The fact that Eli Roth and Jane Schoenbrub have films coming back to back that feel like tributes to a past age of horror feels like the personification of the yin yang symbol. They're like complete opposites on every level. Especially quality.

Bella Ramsey has opened up about their autism diagnosis. The Last of Us star, who received a formal diagnosis while filming the show's first season, said they had long suspected they were neurodivergent.
Sweet! I don't know why some people are being overly critical, but it's nice that a diehard fan of both Marvel and Star Wars is tackling this.
