I've placed an order on Walmart, reserved my pick up time, checked my substitutions, and when I hit the process payment it stalls so long I get an error. Then my card has a problem. I double check it and try again. Same thing. Then my reservation time has run out. Error message. Ugh.

Yesterday there was a Reddit post where someone expressed how unsafe they felt going out in their downtown neighbourhood. A majority of the answers were weapons of some sort, mace, self defence classes, a dog, just move or call the non-emergency number to report. Oh, and that they were lying 🙄

I socialized last Thursday and now I am sick. Running nose, phlegm, aches, pains, and I've lost my voice. I'm limited to what I can take for meds, so it's Buckley's, acetaminophen and a warm drink of honey, ginger and lemon. I'm going to break out the Vick's rub just before bed. Uggh...

George starts meowing about 4am. He will continue even after receiving fresh waters, assorted foods and snacks, a scooped litter box, and sleepy conversation. Once he has both of us up, our coffees in hand, he snuggles into Jim's arm to go back to sleep.

A school wants 9th grade parents to tell the swim teacher when their daughter's periods are so they can "be excused from swimming so they don't lose grades". I am so fucking tired of this bullshit.
