you'd expect me The Cars Fuck to have picked up on this in my twenty years of watching this movie but i only just realised now how fucking funny this sequence and the fact that McQueen dreams specifically of Chick Hicks getting shredded and killed while The King and him both get away is
ICE just executed another person in the street in Minneapolis. They already had him subdued and beaten. No need to seek out the video. It’s bad. Watching closely to see if any of our leaders here do anything but express dismay. And that does not include siccing “our” police on protesters!

Fifteen years ago today, Megamind was released. A hilarious cult classic from DreamWorks, this film about a supervillain who somehow defeats the hero is a pretty fun spin on superhero flicks thanks to its hilarious comedy, witty story, and a slew of memorable characters.
Looney Tunes remained popular for decades precisely because it was airing in widespread syndication on TV all the time. Old cartoons should be FREE to find new audiences, ESPECIALLY when their rights holders don't even care enough to platform them anymore.
