I've been a Netanyahu hater for a long time. But even I did not suspect that he was a man actively seeking an excuse to carry out a genocide. Thinking we had learned from history was our biggest mistake. Anyone who can abide or justify Putin's savagery turns out to be the telltale sign to watch.

Video game thoughts, in no particular order: 1. I'll be shocked if the next Gen PlayStation is priced under $1000 in the US at release thanks to AI absolutely fucking the hardware/chip market and President Deals' still not understanding what tariffs actually do

Went to the supermarket and got both popsicles and ice cream for the last days of summer and I fear I may not recover from this financial overreach for at least the next fiscal quarter

All else aside there is nothing I want or need genAI to do for me. I like reading. I like doing research. I like playing around in spreadsheets. I like interviewing people. I like writing. I like doing these things for myself because I take pleasure in the doing and they make me a better thinker.
