I don't normally talk that much about movie reviews, but the Odyssey is one of my favorite works of fiction and I wanted to talk about this adaptation of it.
I watched Cristopher Nolan's Odyssey. The beginning of the movie felt a little boring, but the climax of the movie was really good. I think my biggest takeaway is "you SHOULD read the Odyssey (or listen to Epic the Musical if you like musicals), but this is a good entry point into the Odyssey"

The best part about the Talking Tom controversy from the early 2010s is the fact that if Talking Tom was released in 2026, it would absolutely record your children and use LLMs to spy on them.
I think the funniest thing about this is the fact that this is already possible even without blockchain/NFTs, there's nothing stopping game devs from making it so you can use your resources from one game in another through some centralized database. It's just that the idea sucks.

Sometimes I look through some of the Teraleak files because the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum files have some really really interesting essays written by the scenario writers, like one that talks about the concept of "myths." Do you think Masuda would be a WTC enjoyer? I think he would.

One of the aspects I've always found really fascinating about Pokémon games is how much inspiration each region takes from its real-life counterpart. It gives me an excuse to research history when I think about theories and stuff, and it's incredibly fascinating almost every time.
I sometimes wonder what the state of Pokémon Azurite is. I left the project quite a few years ago--there was some internal drama, lots of hellish issues on the development side, and honestly I don't even know if there even is a team anymore or not. Don't really want to know.
