At the Walmart in an all Black part of New Orleans a worker sits with a cart full of plastic cases. She opens the locked cabinet of deodorant, takes out your choice, and puts it in another locked container you put into your cart. The cashier unlocks that container after you pay for it. 😑

Target, CVS, etc won’t allow me (I cant generalize here because again no data on this specific part of the policy) to TOUCH the item. A clerk unlocks it, holds it close for me to read the label, pulls it away like I’m an infant doing peek-a-boo if I reach for it.
