Recently I opened some art request on my instagram cause I was feeling way too rusty. I couldn't draw for a few months due to tendinitis and other problems all together... I did some sketch before this one, but after this Genie Badger I'm starting to feel a little less rusty #character #fantasy

Scroll on… A cool-looking Red-tailed Hawk that someone is wondering which subspecies it might be - right up my alley! But when you zoom in on the photos literally every feather group has been so heavily manipulated and altered by AI editing that it’s impossible to determine subspecies because the photo is essentially fake now; just a mashup of whatever AI thinks parts of a Red-tail should look like. Scroll on… WOW! That’s a remarkable trail cam photo of a Bobcat! It almost looks like a painting!… but the head looks oddly small…. hmmmm. After some prodding the original photo is produced and sure enough it had been so heavily altered by AI ‘post processing’ that the photo posted was essentially a digital mock-up with totally different proportions and fur markings. No longer the photo off the trail cam; it may as well have just been ‘created’ by AI from scratch. This stuff is killing me. My days on social media are becoming very limited. We can’t even trust simple, everyday photos of animals to be real. The wildlife community needs to quit editing with AI, and we need to start calling out photographers that are using it. Our reality is being destroyed all around us.

I thought I posted these portrait already on bluesky too but I was dead wrong. So... here's a bunch of portraits I did for my players and to to use them as tokens in a very quick adventure ("caves of evil", the introductive adventure for "the last torch" system)

Player Characters Portraits: A nomadian ranger, a human mage, a half-orc mage warrior, and a nomadian minstrela bunch of monsters. in order: a skeleton adult water dragon, a wolf, a living-dead diseased bear, a beast of the depths, and an abyssal newtanother buch of monster and npc: a couple of living-dead goblins (regular and elite), Gronte Loba (the quest giver), a elf prince ranger skeleton, a dwarf prince warrior skeleton, Dukkat (BBEG human cleric of the god of death), and the living-dead remains of Leto Pontifer (human cleric of god of light)

Also why these folks ABSOLUTELY hate it when you explain GenAI in terms the average person can understand it. Because for one thing, many are convinced that it's so high tech it can't be easily explained, and for another? Well. This. Can't have people understanding it!

So new studies showcase that the more you know how GenAi works, the less likely you are to use it! 😌 This reminds me of ai advocates who claim that those who refuse to use GenAi do so because they dont know how it works, yet it’s the opposite! The less you know the more you are likely to use GenAi

to be clear, the goal here isn't to outlaw pornography- the goal is to create a ton of felons they can imprison and turn into labour that the rest of puritanical society won't give a shit about, and deem things related to minorities/leftists/intellectuals as "bad" so they can ostracize them

This bill would criminalize pornography by legally redefining what it means to be obscene. Period. Full stop. No more porn legally. If you post porn whether free pics or paid vids. this affects you!

I went and drew a proper character sheet for year 2 Dima, my pathfinder magus. I love her. She recently learned that she is apparently the chosen agent of the Baba Yaga to bring forth a winter that will consume the world. This is distressing haha
