Republican power grabs in Kansas and Missouri are going down in flames with 18-25% of votes reported so far. Missouri's Amendment 4 aimed to make citizen-initiated constitutional amendments practically impossible. Kansas' Amendment 1 was designed to flip the state Supreme Court to ban abortion
It's official. Kansas Republicans have lost their State Supreme Court referendum attempt, and it won't even be close. Fantastic news.

He was so hungry he tried to eat a glob of marshmallow my son accidentally dropped in the grass (got it all over his face.) I snuck him some chicken as an act of rebellion against my cat-hating uncle.

When Cleo died no one around me appreciated the depth of my grief. I just kept it bottled up. Every like I click on a post about the death of a pet is a hug, it’s me saying “ you aren’t alone”.

I have a perfectly functional copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 bought in 2015. Installs and opens fine. Won’t start b/c it has too many “activate devices” connected to it. Support no longer has the “legacy tools” required to deactivate the devices so I can use it. “Perpetual licenses” are a LIE.

She appears to have had a series of events that shut her GI tract down & left her severely dehydrated. She is better now, but still not at 100%. So far, we are $5k in & more to come. All healthcare is broken. #AmberTheTortie #CatsOfBluesky

Vomiting stopped, but gagging & can’t eat or drink. Tomorrow we take her for an emergency endoscopy. $$$$$, but we are really worried about her.
