Building @airglow.run: automations for the AT Proto @exosphere.site: community management tools
The community.lexicon.* schemas have a new home: development happens at https://tangled.org/lexicon.community/lexicons, and the published records live on @lexicons.lexicon.community, a dedicated identity that holds the schema records and nothing else. Same NSIDs, same records, sturdier plumbing.

If somebody else would like to easily and quickly save all Tangled Stars to Semble, using the *permalink* (so the link won't break if the account changes handle or if the repo name changes) I gotchu airglow.run/u/vicwalker.... You can easily change the collection or get rid of the last step

Airglow's automation engine got a big rework. Automations are now composed of steps you can arrange in any order: conditions, loops, fetches, variables, and actions. Two highlights: real if/else branching, and loops that can chain several steps per item. 🧵
Shipped a big rework of Airglow's automation engine. The fun part was making branching and loops compose: any step can nest anywhere, and the editor computes which placeholders are valid at every point in the flow. It quietly turned into a tiny visual programming language.

Hey @atstore.fyi The hero image disappeared in the @airglow.run listing, I'm trying to edit it with new logo and new hero, but I see this error, not sure why though
I'm thinking about rebooting my @exosphere.site project, or killing it. It has some big UX issues that i could fix pretty easily. And I could simplify a few things. But I believe it has some strong foundations

Airglow has a new brand 🎨 We worked with a brand designer to give it a proper identity and a more polished feel. New logo, refreshed site, updated everywhere. Long time coming. Really happy with where it landed
I spent the last while rebuilding Airglow's brand with a designer, and it's finally live. It took longer than I expected, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. It looks and feels like a proper product now.

Every time I moved a community to a new platform, the exit cost members and history. Platforms come and go; the lock-in architecture underneath is why. Part of 'Apps as Views, Not Vaults': the things you make are yours; apps are just the viewers.
