In 2014-2015, I had 6 inpatient psych stays to try to get my schizophrenia under control. For context, my major symptom was visual hallucinations that I thought were demons. One doctor said the demons were just my artistic expression coming through my eyes and I had no psychosis at all.

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I didn't get the mount. Wasn't able to loot it. I think another player tagged it so they got it (I was forming a group to get it for more people). This is one of the most heart breaking moments in my gaming life. Waited nearly 20 years for this moment only to watch it die in front of me.

This is true. My partner and I have been together 12 years, engaged for 9. We can't get married because I would lose everything. And SSI? If you're on that, you legally can't have more than $2000 to your name. In this economy, this is forced, legal poverty.
John E Warren 🤠🐝♿️@floppyadult.com · 3w agoIt is true, if you’re benefitting from Disabled Adult Child benefits, you will lose them if you get married and your spouse has income. I guess the government just assumes they’ll become your caretaker, which adds all sorts of weird dynamics to what is presumably a romantic relationship.

Wanted to share it here. After about 25 years of fantasizing, accumulating, and trying to find ways to make things work on a tiny ass budget, I finally have my dream drumset. And we have a place to record it. I'm way out of practice still, but I have and we have big dreams of stuff to do :))))))
if you're an artist, especially during Artfight, don't forget to keep stretching!! My friend who works at a nature park showed me the website darebee.com and I do a stretch every two hours or so. it's done me real good, especially in a year where my hand pain has chunked my ability to draw much.
And with that, my final WoW achievement of Midnight season 1 is done. Preservation Evoker stands again as the best fun I've ever had in this game. Huge huge shoutout to the pug group that took me in to 2 chest the 17 that got me over the 3.4k line. Y'all are LEGENDS!

Yesterday, a dream that I've held onto for 20 years came true: I got a Cintiq. I still cherish my roots of drawing on oekaki with my Intuos 3 4"x5" tablet. It was bulky, the drawing area small, but it never discouraged me, and I dreamt of the day I could have a Cintiq. And now, it's time to draw!
