A big conker-like seed thing just fell off a tree and smack onto my head. It hurt and I said ”ow” but It also made a really good ”THOCK” sound inside my head when it landed. To summarise - life is full of ups and downs.

Life is so much sweeter when the 1kg bag of sugar you just bought at the supermarket bursts inside your backpack and fills the crevice of every pocket and object inside with granules.

This week in Morris dancing, this Saturday will be my first time ‘dancing out’ at Warwick Folk Festival. I’ve got my dress, shirt and clogs. Now to just run dance drills in the back garden until then.
