I finished The Mermaid Mask last night - gorged through it in 2 days / 10 hours - and what a good time I had! Lovely, well-written characters, beautiful visual art, great music, animation and VO. Interesting story and puzzles. A class act. It even has good poetry! (huge fan of Sym here)

Hey Chris! I work at 2K on the next Bioshock, but over the last few years (with 2K's approval™) I've been noodling on a weird take on the immersive sim genre. Inspired by Mosa Lina, Scribblenauts, and LittleBigPlanet (which incidentally is how I got into game dev!)

Such a lovely game. I've been listening to the soundtrack obsessively for 6 years (it's fantastic), but for some arcane reason I convinced myself that the game was not for me. Today I repaired that, and I have to say, it's an absolutely delightful experience. Try Wilmot's Warehouse if you can!

In the 1900 Paris Olympics, the Dutch rowing duo lost their heat because their cox was a lot heavier than the children the French used, but as the fastest losers, they got to the final anyway, replaced their cox with a random kid, and won by a fifth of a second
