Finally got a gym day in after motivating myself this morning. Just finished a push and feeling good :3 not great, but good Tomorrow I’m gonna do a leg day. Pray for my bad/hyperextending knee lol
Protein/iodine heavy English muffin pizzas. Add two scoops of kelp powder, can of tuna, half can of pizza sauce and 16 Kalamata olives to a magic bullet blender, blend until the gears overheat and then add the cheese if your liking and you get these. Sub cheese/parm reg, top/mozz
