For folks who don't know, Magnolia is a wealthy neighborhood in Gloucester, but the people who live there take great pains to let you know they're *not* from Gloucester. Because Gloucester is too "blue collar" for them.

But the correct response is to analyze why they're not being used, instead of saying, "Let's rip them out!" It turns out that a strip of a paint on an otherwise busy road doesn't make people feel safe and make them want to bike.
