Let's review what's happening with the litigation over the foreign aid funding freeze! The focus here is on AVAC v. US Department of State, and GHC v. Trump. In both cases, litigants who had contracts with either USAID or the State Dept sued, asking for the 1.24 funding freeze to be undone. (1)
