Here's some benefits claimants we need to crackdown on. £17.5bn Shell/BP £2bn Amazon £500m Glaxosmithkline £700m Tesco/Sainsbury's/Asda Nobody ever says these ridiculous benefits to billionaires are unaffordable, because they never even mention them. Lets cut THEIR benefits.

I absolutely love BHL! @biodivlibrary.bsky.social Here's an article from 2014 about my love for it, with links to classics in plant physiology 💚 blog.biodiversitylibrary.org/2014/10/expl... And the treasures and drawings it holds are AI-free 😀 PS - I just donated to support it.

There we have it. In only 25yrs the Republican Party shifted from prohibiting federal funding for stem cell research, to allowing the purveyors of unproven stem cell therapy to prey on desperate families...to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. GOP=Grift Over People #Autism #GOP #wellness

Across the US, children with autism as young as 18 months old are being given unapproved stem cell treatments at clinics in Florida, Texas and elsewhere, part of a growing market operating beyond the bounds of FDA approval

Right, fellow Yessers, I am looking for feedback on the next 2 badge designs. Trying to keep them fairly simple but visually striking. Can do with/without enamel too, which keeps cost & production time down. Happy to take on board constructive criticism....

English commentators need to stop analysing Northern Ireland through an English lens! When you see anti-immigrant riots in Belfast, Ballymena or Larne and immediately reach for "Britain's far-right problem", you're missing half the story. This isn't just racism. It's loyalist terrorism. 1/

The scenes we saw in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayr last night are unacceptable. Scotland is a welcoming nation and those who choose to make their lives here are valued members of our communities. Racism, hatred and intimidation have no place in Scotland. We must stand against it.

Truth is, the race of people who historically and contemporaneously have caused Scotland our greatest harms and losses were all European Caucasians and white Anglo Saxon protestants. Not a single ethnic minority has damaged Scotland in any way whatsoever. Nor, in my view, ever will.

I’ve no doubt Murrell should be in jail, nor that the SNP internal checks and balances have fallen well short of what is expected. But there are far more serious cases that attract far less attention. The focus here is driven by one objective: damaging the independence movement. It won't work.

In 2014 during the indyref, Labour's Golden boy Andy Burnham said he opposed Scottish independence as he "didn't want to drive up the M6 and get my passport out or have to drive on the right when I want to drive on the left". If this is the guy who's going to save Labour, it's game over already.
