For those complaining Prime has cancelled the TV show Ride or Die, no they haven't. It wasn't their show in the first place, they simply haven't picked it up for a second season, Paramount, who actually made the show, can and will shop it around or possibly show it on their own platform.

Here we have a prime example of a bad faith argument because you can't/won't engage with the actual point made, which in this case was that bad-dangerous driving has become some normalized and accepted in society that it barely registers for most people.

I'm not going to debate with someone whose approach to someone else's point of view is that they're lying or blind. I don't think that's constructive. You don't know me, you don't know where I live, and your reflex to dismiss my experience shows a level of unnecessary hostility I just don't need

Jfc, the worst thing about cycling in London is not the drivers who close pass, who fail to stop at zebra crossings, who fail to stop at red lights, who harass and abuse cyclists, nope, it's other cyclists apparently. 🤦

This is Mark*, the very cute JRT we are hoping to adopt soon. Have met him several times now, and he's started to show a bit of interest in us, that's a good sign. Will be talking with Dogs Trust on Tuesday about next steps, home visits. 🤞 *he will be renamed if we get to adopt him

Well we've done it, started the process to adopt a very cute JRT from our local shelter. He was returned by a previous family after some biting incidents, caused by them over handling him and ignoring the warning signs of a stressed/anxious dog.

Flying home today, but so far the flight has shown as delayed by over 3 hours, then delayed by 30 minutes, now back on time. So who knows when we'll back in the UK. 🤷

Matt didn't like facts being pointed out, so has defaulted to typical motonormative thinking, ignoring the daily free pass dangerous drivers get to focus on cyclists.

Even with the alert yesterday, so many complaining it shouldn't have been done, that it's too late, not a real emergency. All ignoring the fact the Fire Service asked for this, or that now it's cooling down a little more people are likely to head out for BBQs risking more fires.

There are far too many people who have zero understanding of how Parliament/Government work in this country. 1. Parliament ≠ Government 2. Parliament being on recess ≠ MPs not working 3. Being on recess means no new laws, no legislation, etc can be passed (no bans for disposable BBQs for instance)
