Genuinely maddening that a completely manufactured moral panic about "high" rates of sick leave in Norway actually resulted in a "GPs get paid extra if they don't grant sick leave" policy. A horrendous perverse incentive to "solve" a "problem" that isn't even there.
When I'm discussing and appealing to a legal principle it's less about "because that's illegal" or "there should be a cop to rescue me from this indignity" and more that the language of human rights laws is the language of the battlefield human rights activists have fought and won concessions over.
One of the bigger problems the 2025 ruling has introduced is establishing that, instead of resolving equality cases based on trying to as best as possible integrate everyone's right to be treated humanely, we use philosophical debates about what someone's true legal essence is to decide rights.

Transition works much better than cis people think it does. I have not had to assert myself or tell people what pronouns to use for me, unless I'm explicitly trusting them to use "xe/xer". And I use this nefarious ability to blend in among cis women to live my fucking life and piss in peace.
I cannot emphasize how much of a non-issue this is. I use the women's. Doctors ask when my last period was. Airport security looks back up at me when I hand them my passport. I have navigated life smoothly as a woman for years, and I am only endangered by the ideological fixations on denying that.

Paladin is, by far, the most comphet-coded rpg class. Think about it.

Multicolor 3d printing is one of those features where like. You feel like you're missing out if you don't have it, sure, but how often are you actually going to use it? And then you find out about printing with different plastic types that don't adhere to each other.
