These prickly pears grow all over the dunes in Indiana. Many years ago the county mowed down a patch of them along the side of the road. I took some of the cuttings back with me, unsure if they’d survive. They just bloomed their first bloom! #BloomScrolling

The transcription tool I use for customer interviews sanitized my convo with a customer who curses frequently and colorfully. I added every profanity back in because it’s important to me that my team hear our customers in their own words. Even the blue ones. 😆💙
