I can't even process the news of losing someone as good as Dolly when so many evil people are here, wasting our time, wasting their limited hours upon this earth by not doing good works. RIP to a genuinely good human being.

Here's the thing: yes it's good that FIFA higher ups and associations are calling out Infantino's corruption. BUT this goes so much deeper than one scheme. The rot goes all the way down to backroom deals awarding the WC to Russian, then Qatar, then Saudi. It seeps into labor policies. It's not done.

In a week of incendiary statements, this from Kevin Lamour, who at least for tonight remains FIFA COO, is incredibly damning in that it is from an insider that goes beyond this one scheme and is an assassination in a few hundred words of the FIFA president as a leader of global football.

The idea that the league, teams, coaches, and players should remain silent in the face of this absolute discriminatory bullshit encouraged by bigoted statements from a player is bananas to me. Everyone should be shouting this down. You want an welcoming and inclusive fanbase? PROVE IT.

The Indiana Fever play tomorrow in Portland and Sunday in Minnesota. There are "Support Sophie Cunningham" transphobic rallies planned for both cities. Fuck all the way off. #WNBA

“it’s reasonable to ask questions about trans girls in sports” was always intended to mainstream transphobia. It’s absurd that people fell for it. Democrats are constantly letting oppressors set the terms of debate instead of just saying “no, fuck you.”
