The playable Sonic the Hedgehog skin in Fortnite is canonically not Sonic himself, but rather an elongated robot duplicate of him. With this in mind, it can be argued that Sonic has still yet to recieve a new model.

Experimental post: Nintendo, Hire This Castle! Daisy's castle has never appeared in a mainline Mario game. I propose that an original take would be to not merely decorate it with her emblem, but make it shaped like it. A real castle in England shows what that would look like.
In the storybook "Sonic and the Tales of Terror", two background characters can be seen who bare an uncanny resemblance to Bark the Polar Bear and Bean the Dynamite respectively. These two unnamed characters specifically appear in the "Night Of The Unliving" story.
