Bluesky should go back to invites, continue aggressive bot bans, create a Craigslist-style marketplace (since you’re more likely to buy/get services from a educated or good person on here than any other social network), and market this place like a walled garden protected from enshittification.

the Sae Nijima useless thing is extremely funny to me in the sense that not only do they beat you over the head with it but you're also practically railroaded through that entire conflict because Sae encourages Makoto to speak her mind and then invokes the crashout of the century over what she says

something i rly appreciate about deadpool's implementation is that it doesn't just pay tribute to fighting games as a genre but also as a culture. most games who do this sorta thing would just make a daigo parry reference and call it a day but deadpool has some real elite ball knowledge in there

guess i should contextualize this a little in the comics, after bonding with the symbiote, peter's spider-sense is completely desensitized to it due to venom adapting to cancel it out, so since symbiotes don't trigger it in-universe, spider-man's 623X doesn't work on carnage
