I hope to get to this show in Lancaster next week, Two favourites playing, Alex from Trembling Bells and Dan Haywood. Not sure how Alex is presenting, but I read that Dan's putting together something resembling a full band show. Should be ace!
Manchester Popfest was already going to be excellent this year, and they've now added BMX Bandits. There are loads of new bands I'm looking forward to discovering as well as Gina Birch from Raincoats, Trash Kit making a welcome return, & The Cords. June 26th - 28th, well worth £66 for three days.
