apt metaphor -- at least through macro lens. while i [try to] stay informed [as much as i can stand], i find i do better if i am focusing much closer. th world's problems can be overwhelming. so i look for + surround myself w th good -- incl here. thank you for being a good bright kind person x

started knitting another "easypeasy bandana" circled area shows yarn color most accurately pattern is free on ravelry + requires ~300 yards my modifications : row 1 : increase by k1fb instead of yo to avoid th hole row 2 : purl all

fini! colors are more accurate on left pattern appears to have understated yarn required. this is approx 300 yds having to add 3rd color made this knit far less precious [for lack of better word] plus! th red bled a bit on yellow -- front + center of course = far less precious
