So I'm on site inspecting/surveying. I've just watched a guy leave his house, get into his car, then return 10 minutes later with a Starbucks! I guess his kettle is broken.

Well this was bloody amazing. Tonight's grub... Smokey Lamb tagine. Lovely and warming and not too spicy. The saffron infused golden couscous came out perfect. 😋😋😋

Tonight's grub... Slow roasted melt-in-your-mouth lamb with a Greek Kapama style sauce (including roasted shallots), served with baby potatoes (in a olive oil, lemon, rosemary and thyme dressing), with minted petit pois, tenderstem broccoli, baby corn and baked courgette.
Late lunch Chilli salmon fillets on toasted wholemeal sourdough, with a light Philadelphia cheese. Plus salad. 😍💥😋😋🤤
