Once again, @gri.gs proves that I am the more even-keeled of the two of us — not given to hyperbole or hubris, as he so often is — as he declares the death of responsive images once and for all. Call him a “bad influence” on me if you must (as many people do!), but so help me: I’m inclined to agree.

I am so tired of tools promising to "fix accessibility". I thought we were already past that? seeing how much of a failure accessibility overlays have been. Not a single tool I that promises accessibility without people has actually delivered on its promises. At least none that I know of.

Because you can't hire Paravel anymore, I would heartily recommend hiring @cloudfour.com. I've long been jealous of CloudFour's ability to boil the ocean of complexity into understandable terms. Good communicators, great people, and a deep understanding of how to make great apps and websites.
