I recently needed to restock on a moisturizer from Fenty Beauty that I use daily, and meant to pick something new to try… but oops there was a special edition lip balm flavour and I noticed a pouch so I splurged a bit. I regret nothing!!

NEW: A federal judge threw out ICE's claim that state inspection law didn’t apply inside its detention centers. But since it took so long to adjudicate, ICE has now written the same language into contracts for four more facilities. It doesn’t need to hold up. It just needs to take years to resolve.
