Link is 2024 reporting "on the construction of the first marketplace distribution center in the Leningrad Region with an area of 154 thousand square meters with an investment volume of 9 billion rubles." Supposed to open late 2025. Not sure if that's multiple sites or just the one that's burning.

Yay, Russian 10-year bond yields back up to 15.80%. This says Russia should find it extremely expensive to borrow more money. Down vs last month, but still above the what Russia has been willing to pay this year. Bond auctions are paused, which generally reduces yields.
1\ Grr, Russian 10-year bond yields continued to decline. 15.68%. This is roughly what "interest rate" Russia could borrow at if they issue 10-year bonds tomorrow. Fortunately, still above the 15.32% record Russia agreed to pay so far this year.

Daily oil/oil product loading is crashing out according to Russian Railways.
Cash outflow from banks as of July 31 amounted to 2,087 trillion rubles. The outflow for July alone was 643 billion rubles, the largest outflow since the pandemic crisis of March 2020. 🔥
