You could be a pioneer of *3* literary genres (horror, science fiction, dystopian fiction) and critics will still call your writing “overwritten,” “ridiculous” and “the offspring of a diseased imagination” You’re never gonna please everyone, so just write the stories you want to write anyway! 🙏
