BREAKING: I've just filed a Motion for Summary Judgment in the Slush Fund lawsuit brought by @publiccitizen.bsky.social on my behalf. We are asking the court to declare unlawful and set aside the "settlement", and to block DOJ from re-establishing the fund in the future. 1/

This summer, more than 50 young men from Chicago Public Schools attended the MBK-Obama Leadership Academy to get ready for high school. They earned credits toward graduation, developed important life skills, and built connections. We’re proud of their hard work, and can’t wait to see what they do.
One of the things I hate the most about tariffs is that we knew they were illegal, and when the court finally decided they were illegal, they forced Trump to refund the tariffs. But the refunds went to the corporations, and not the people the corporations raised prices on. What a scam.
