There's a quality to Joe's art and writing feels cinematic and transcendent. The dark background around the panels and text don't just feel like an appropriate stylistic choice but like the theater dimming around you as a movie starts (1/?)

It's Juneteenth! Here are some zines I made at the local Juneteenth Market and at a Seeing Other People Photography workshop I helped put on! I love my people, I love myself, and I love zines! 1/2
