300 day progress report: Great pace on the grammar. Doing multiple points some days, but taking breaks where needed to avoid mixing up similar points. Also good progress on vocab, adding words to my reviews as I run into them mostly with a bias towards N4 but not just doing N4 vocab in order
Lana 🏳️⚧️🦋@valyssa.bsky.social · 2mo agoGame plan: finish all N4 grammar by 1 year on Bunpro. This gives me 117 days to learn 114 more grammar points. This means I'll finish by October, a few weeks before heading off to Japan. I'm missing 689 N4 vocabulary so that's not happening in time, but that's ok! We'll see how far I get

One thing I'm glad I've gotten better at is blocking people. I used to be scared to, or I'd have some morbid curiosity to see what kinda dumb things they'll do or say next. But actually no, life is better when you can just press the button and move on. Would recommend.
People really use genAI for goddamn anything these days. Watching a video about how to practice outputting in a different language without a conversation partner and the guy suggests to practice describing an image in your target language. Solid advice, but he uses AI to generate a picture for this?
