The anti trans crowd was outraged by this study because it included clinicians who actually practice gender affirming care. Yet another systematic review that follows Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Utah, and Louisiana that finds this care is safe and effective with rare regret.

I hate that the Democratic Party wants to shift more and more to the right, and if you push back just a little, you get accused of being maga. Why is it such a big ask to want candidates who aren’t transphobic or islamaphobic??

If you think throwing trans people under the bus is "better", you're saying out loud with your whole chest that you don't give a fuck about trans people and naively think sacrificing any group's rights will save your own ass. It won't. The only way forward against fascism is unwavering solidarity.
