Brew day! This time around, we’re making one gallon of hard cider from heirloom apple juice, and Lalvin EC-1118 yeast. No idea what level of sugar to expect, but with this yeast it’ll definitely go dry. If this one goes well, I’ll look into some larger batches with some generic unfiltered cider
