"my friends shrug because the word “terrorist” is easier to repeat than facts are to read" I see this in the UK, in ostensibly intelligent professionals. Outside their work world of complex thinking, they want a simple world of soundbites, easy answers, in which they are right, others wrong.

I lost the person who without a doubt played the single most important role in my own intellectual and political development and who I loved more than my own mother. And this ideology is so hateful and harmful that I can live with that loss but I cannot stomach pretending that it is beyond the pale.

"Tupac's Estate" means Tom Whalley.🤷🏿‍♂️ Afeni Shakur (Tupac's mom) hired Tom Whalley to manage his estate. Then Afeni Shakur passed away too. Tom Whalley hired himself as manager of the estate, and paid himself ~$5.5M.😮 Tupac's surviving sister, Sekyiwa "Set" Shakur sued Whalley for embezzlement.

how do you calculate 7+8 in your head? I take the eight, and then 7 is like an L in my head and it fits the gab to 10 by kind of hooking on the 8, and the remaining 5 make up to 15 by hanging down basically. makes sense right
