The problem with all these conservatives is they believe they are smarter than everyone else and so things only work if done their way. If they are true federalist, they should be able to say Canada is worth saving no matter who is in charge.
Most of the word count in this op-ed was consumed by Harper re-hashing grievances with the Trudeau government and its supposedly nefarious intentions for the oil and gas industry -- and, as Jason says, completely misrepresenting the level of support for separatism when he was in office.

But man oh man, do I have to strongly quibble with him claiming sentiment was zero when he was PM. So about every two days a new catholic account shows up on my feed with some trite catholic quote and replies turned off. Kind of sums up the catholic experience. They just want to sermonize, they don't want to listen.
